I have had a really bad day and need some motivation (dont know if ive done the pictures right but here goes)

Guess my weight (im 5' 7" btw) and please be completely honest because noone ever is

So, progress is being made (kind of) but not as manic as before and feel chilled out after the weekend. Have come up with a plan of having fruit for breakfast, soup for lunch (little cup from my flask) and then dinner is the problem as i have to eat with the family.  Have been bad this weekend, had lots of junk but had such a good weekend with the boy i dont care- he makes me so happy and i dont feel like a complete mental person when im with him

Today so Far

Ok was trying to focus today and be good.


Nut and Chocolate cereal bar (169)

Snack a Jacks- Salt and Vinegar (123)
Small bit of fruit salad (38)


Light Rich tea biscuits 6x40 (240)

Cups of tea (108)
Hot Chocolate (40)

That makes it 718 and i havent even had dinner yet, i cant go over 1000 today but i hoped that i would do much better, i cant help it, its been snowing and raining and ive been so cold i needed something


Fingers crossed for dinner


Update- Just had dinner
2 hot dogs (wholemeal mini rolls, 3 sausages, bbq sauce and onions) - Internet says 550 :(


That means 1268 today :(

I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of me doing this is but it seems like a good idea and much safer then me writing all this stuff down to be be found by anyone, i suppose its self indulgence really, i can go on and on without concern and just write what i want


I dont stick to things so i will see how long this lasts, but fingers crossed i can make it work
